An engagement fee is fully refundable any time before render work begins. Render work begins after payment and written scope confirmation.
Once deliverables are provided, fees are final. Sales of delivered digital work are not refundable.
If a deliverable does not meet the written scope, we re-render to scope at no charge. Tell us within seven days of delivery.
Email eric@compass-outlaw.org with your receipt. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
