Compass Outlaw provides document-rendering and legal-research support services to businesses, law firms, and self-help platforms. Engagements are business-to-business. We do not offer document preparation services to individual consumers.
Compass Outlaw is not a law firm and is not an attorney. Nothing on this site or in any deliverable is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is created. Demonstration renders use sample facts only. Clients are responsible for attorney review and for all use of deliverables with their own customers and courts.
Each engagement's scope, specifications, and delivery schedule are set by written exchange (email is sufficient) before work begins. The Render Pilot is a fixed-scope engagement described at checkout. Work begins after payment and written scope confirmation.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricing is stated at checkout. Refunds are governed by the refund policy.
On full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for the engagement's stated purpose. Underlying methods, templates, and tooling remain Compass Outlaw's.
Liability for any engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement. No liability for court outcomes, filing decisions, or downstream use of deliverables.
California law governs. Venue for any dispute is Los Angeles County, California.
